Is it just a coincidence that Thomas Dolby looks like Alton Brown in that video?
I've noticed that may favorite recipes or methods of cooking are more scientific in nature. I think the process needs to stimulate my brain as much as the result needs to stimulate my tongue.
He DOES look like Alton Brown! I think if they taught Food Chemistry in high schools instead of what they teach, they'd have a lot more kids interested.
